Cove Cultural Ingredients
There are 3 key ingredients that define the “Culture” of the Cove Church.
The Vision Frame
The Vision Frame is a collection of statements that we use to communicate the organizational clarity of the Cove Church. Every staff, leader, and ministry, at The Cove should begin from a clear understanding of the Vision Frame. It includes an articulation of The Cove’s unique mission, values, strategy, mission measure, and vision.
Our Mission – “What are we ultimately supposed to be doing?”
Our Values – “Why do we do what we do at The Cove?”
Our Strategy – “How do we do what we do?”
Mission Measures – “When (am I) are we successful?”
Our Vision –“Where is God taking us?”
Leadership Development
“We build leaders because the future of our ministry depends on it”
The Leadership Pipeline Components:
Structure - How something is structured determines how it behaves.
People – Identifying and equipping others to become decision makers.
Content – Building skills sets to effectively equip every level our pipeline.
Systems – Creating pathways to simplify workflow and maximize relationships.
Discipleship
Jesus calls the church to reach all nations and people with the gospel and He used discipleship as the model to train and equip the original twelve Disciples.
Our intentional discipleship pathway is designed to introduce, inspire, and invite everyone to be a part of the greatest mission of all time: being and making followers of Jesus.
